Hello my wife and I flew to Miami from New Orleans just to get tattoos from Ettore he is an awesome artist. I had my hand done its a zombie vampire hillbilly rocker. My wife had him finish off her wonderland sleeve with the Cheshire Cat and Mad Hatter. Absolutely the most professional artist we have ever worked with, exceptionally clean shop no flash on the walls all custom pieces very accommodating shop with TV's and comfortable work tables.
After the first 2 days tattoos Ettore sat down and did a 10 hour marathon to finish off my wife's sleeve with the Mad Hatter towards the end my wife started to tap out and he talked her threw it gave her some time to recover. Super nice guy! If you are in Miami or going there on vacation and like tattoos this is the man to see he can turn your ideas into reality!! |
After visiting local shops like Green Machine Tattoo and Tattoos by Lou (what a joke!) and leaving disappointed, I finally took the time to research and find an artist that had the style (realism!) and portfolio I felt comfortable investing in.
I am not sure how I stumbled upon Ettore Bechis during my search, but I'm glad I did! I was more than confident in Ettore's ability to create a permanent piece of art that I would feel proud to show off. I met with him in mid-February to show some reference pieces for my Medusa tattoo and I explained what details of each piece I wanted incorporated. When I was emailed the sketch about a week or so later, I was super stoked I'd be rockin' this! She was perfect! I wanted something beautiful, scary, and that made me feel powerful and he nailed it. We started the tattoo in March and finished it in late August. 5 sessions and 20 hours total, I have a kick ass piece on my thigh. Even in-between sessions, I would get approached while I was out about my tat! Ettore has a light hand and Medusa is healing smooth (no scarring) and great! His machine is very quiet and I've never been tattooed by one that made little to no noise. If you're looking for realism and a tattoo you'd be proud to show off, go see Ettore! (I will post an update on 9/18 to provide a picture of the tattoo fully healed.) |
Ettore is one of the best artist i came across. His art on the walls of his shop speak volumes. He completely sketched out my sleeve and it came out so much better than i imagined. He is an extremely talented artist. Besides his talented art work, he also has a great hand when it comes to the actual tattoo.
I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else! |

Ettore is an awesome guy and artist. I scoured the Miami area for an artist I felt was able to put together tattoos with the right design and flow and came across his portfolio. His ability to capture objects realistically, depth of knowledge in painting outside of the tattoo shop, and ability to hit the structure and shading of a face immediately put I'm at the top of my list of artists in the Miami area.

Ettore is the best Tattoo artist in all South Florida. The man fixed a piece that I had on my arm for 15 years. He made the tattoo look like new. He did an unbelievable job! I am going to let him work on my other arm and back. Also, the studio is very clean. So, if you are going to get a tattoo go to the best artist. It takes time to get an appointment with him because he is very busy, but its definitely worth the wait. Thank You Ettore for the great job! |

Just had an elegant flower tattoo done with Ettore yesterday and I love it! I like realistic tattoos that look like a work of art and he definitely delivered ! It also didn't hurt all that much getting tattooed by him. Plus the shop is very clean and sterile and everyone is very kind and friendly. I'm very satisfied with the outcome .

Ok so I know my last review was only a few days ago but hey we went back the night before flying out to head back to New Orleans. My wife was so happy with her Cheshire Cat she decided to finish her wonderland sleeve with the mad hatter.
Now here's the thing we get to the shop and are a little late :-( we got turned around and stuck in traffic (damn tourists) that being us. They were still as nice as could be and stayed late to finish yet another 8 hour piece. I have quite a few tattoos and my wife does as well and we have never found any artist as accommodating as here at salvation. I am sure if we lived in south beach I would have to buy stock in this company or I'd go broke getting work done every other week:-) so glad we found his shop. Well with the trip. thanx!!! Ettore |

My wife and I got some new ink while we were on holiday here in SOBE MIAMI. Ettore was awesome sat threw an 8.5 hour piece on my wife then 2 days later 5 hours on my hand. Great super nice people here very professional clean shop. My wife got a Cheshire Cat to fill out part of her wonderland sleeve & I got a custom vampire zombie he drew up while we waited totally custom piece (kinda rockabilly pinup look). Also the rest of the artists there seemed all to be working on custom pieces no flash in the shop. Loved seeing that! If you are looking for a super clean custom piece i whole heartedly suggest giving Ettore a call.

First off,portrait tattoos or realistic tattoos must be done by artists who specialize in that work so you can't just go to anyone.Thats why you see so many busted portrait tats that people get of their children and they look distorted as hell. I wanted to honor my dog Billy who recently passed away by getting him tattooed on my arm and I did extensive research on artists who would be suitable for the job.I came across Etorre Bechis and after seeing his work online I knew he was the perfect match.I had my first consultation with him on a Saturday night right before they were closing and I showed him some photos of Billy and chatted.the following Tuesday I would go in for my first session.When I went in he began to work on my stencil and I was amazed at how he was able to bring my idea to reality,it was only the first step but it was a sign of good things to come. My tattoo took a total of 3 sessions and we ended up finishing it on December 24th and on December 25th it would be exactly a month since my sweet baby boy passed away so it was all perfect.When I looked at the tattoo in the mirror I couldn't believe how realistic it looked. It really is Billy on my arm! there's just such intricate details throughout the whole tattoo,his eyes,whiskers,nose,fur! Etorre Bechis really is the best guy in the business.if you're looking to get a portrait,realistic tattoo or just any tattoo,he's the man for the job! I am eternally grateful to Etorre for helping me honor my sweet Billy.i get to have him on my arm for the rest of my life!

It’s pretty common that most people avoid getting tattooed because they fear that typical braggadocious egomaniac douchebag tattoo artist who never seems to understand that a large part of their job is dealing with actual people a/k/a customers. Not Ettore, he understands this concept and treats all his clients with respect and patience. Not only is Ettore one of the most honorable and trustworthy persons you’ll ever meet, he is also one of the most talented artists in the Miami area (in all artistic mediums) and is truly one of Miami’s secret gems. Abbiamo conosciuto Ettore 4 anni fa e ci siamo fatti un tatuaggio a testa io e mio marito! Oggi siamo tornati per una sua nuova opera! Davvero bravo ed attento ai dettagli, se in futuro mi farò un altro tatuaggio sicuramente penserò a lui!
